International shipping:

Estimated time to deliver is between 5-10 Days with UPS international Shipping

Any Customes, Fees or Taxes asked to pay by the customer’s Country or any Authority in or at the border of the Customer’s Country are fully the customer’s responsibility !
there might be delay in special situations around the world or in specific country.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout depending  on the total weight of the items.
buyer who wish to return an item can not be refunded if the original package was opened.
and he needs to pay shipping costs for return and will not be refunded for the first shipping costs as well

Domestic shipping:

The order will be sent to the address chosen by the customer when ordering and according to the delivery method he chose even if he specified a different address in the comments!
The shipment will be collected by the shipping company on the business day after receiving the payment.
Delivery is expected to arrive in 2 business days excluding the day of purchase and Friday and Saturday.
In special situations in the country or market there may be a delay.

Return shipping: It is possible to return a product that has not been opened from its original packaging according to the following details:
The customer will pay the cost of return shipping by a courier (even if he bought the product by delivery method to a collection point)
The customer will contact the seller on the contact page on the website/by email/or by telephone in order to receive instructions for packaging the product in a fair way so that there is no damage to the product during shipping
The customer will be credited with the price of the product after it arrives at the seller in its original packaging and without damage caused by the customer
Exchanging a product while using return shipping: The return shipping terms above also apply to exchanging a product for another product while using return shipping to return the product for exchange.
The user will not be entitled to a refund for the shipping fees paid by him when canceling a transaction, returning or shipping products.
The user will not be entitled to a refund for the shipping fees if the transaction was canceled due to failure to collect a delivery from a collection point within 14 days of its arrival at the point for any reason or due to unavailability to receive a delivery from a courier after two attempts for any reason
